Buyer Protection
FanForged encourages all buyers to use secure payment methods that provide transaction protection.
Buyers may be protected when using payment providers such as:
- PayPal
- Credit cards with chargeback protection
- Secure third-party payment gateways that include buyer coverage
Protection coverage, dispute procedures, and eligibility are governed by the individual payment provider's terms and conditions.
Important Information
Note: FanForged itself does not directly process or guarantee refunds for transactions made through third-party payment providers.
Buyers should:
- Review the payment provider's protection policies before purchasing
- Keep copies of receipts, invoices, and tracking information
- Contact the seller first to attempt to resolve any issues
- Escalate disputes through the payment provider where applicable
Disputes and Claims
If you experience an issue with an order, including:
- Non-delivery
- Significantly different items
- Damaged items
- Suspected fraud
You should:
- Contact the seller directly
- Gather supporting evidence, including screenshots and photographs
- File a dispute with your payment provider if necessary
- Notify FanForged support via admin@fanforged.net
Limitation of Liability
FanForged acts as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. While we aim to maintain a safe marketplace environment, transaction protection is primarily governed by the payment method selected by the buyer.
